We are an RV-only park with water view sites for transient RVers. Amenities include saltwater pool, basket ball, volleyball, boat ramp, nicely stocked store as well as a sand and pebble beach. Lots to explore, visit local wineries, dine & shop in nearby Picton or just come to relax. Our sunsets are second to none.

From the west: Exit 522 Wooler Rd off the 401, turn R on Hwy 33, L on County Rd 1 to Picton. At the traffic circle, take Sandy Hook exit and follow the signs. From the east: Take Hwy 49 to Picton. Follow the signs to Black River Cheese Factory on County Rd 13. We are located 12 km S. Set GPS for Milford and follow the signs. Coordinates are N 43 deg 56.248 W 077 deg 01.054.
